Primary Purpose of the AFRDS Expo

The primary purpose of the AFRDS Annual Conference & Expo is to provide distributors with an opportunity to explore and order products and services in the product fundraising industry. The conference offers a range of educational events and social activities designed to facilitate learning, relationship building, conducting business, and networking among members.

Exhibitor Eligibility & Responsibility

All AFRDS supplier members are required to exhibit or to be represented by another supplier member in good standing at the AFRDS Expo. Suppliers and Affiliates who are active members in good standing with the Association of Fund-Raising Distributors & Suppliers are eligible to exhibit at the Expo. Non-exhibiting Affiliate and supplier members are not permitted on the expo floor or to attend AFRDS events.

Priority Point System

AFRDS has established a priority point system to reward Suppliers with a longstanding history of supporting AFRDS. Suppliers are awarded one point for each AFRDS event at which they have contracted for exhibit space or have had their product represented. Additionally, sponsors earn priority points by sponsoring events.

Booth Assignments

Booth assignments for exhibitors are determined based on the number of priority points a company has accumulated. In cases where exhibitors have identical point totals, booth selection is on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the order of registration.
