Standard booths are 10x10 and cost $1050 (costs increase by $100 after October 18, 2019). Premium spaces are available for additional fees. Booth fee covers:
- Two complimentary badge registrations per 10x10 booth purchased
- Side dividers and backwalls (the 2020 Expo hall colors are Teal and White)
- 7”x44” exhibitor identification sign
- UP to four draped tables & four covered single-step risers
- One chair per 10’x10’ booth
- One wastebasket
- A listing of your product and services in the Exhibitor Guide
- An electronic attendee list distributed following the Expo
- Daily aisle cleaning services (personal booth vacuuming must be ordered through the Exhibitor Services provider)
In-line Corner booths- these booths are exposed to the aisles on two sides and cost an additional $100 each ($1,150 total ea.).
End-Cap Booths- these booths are exposed to the aisle on three-sides and cost $2300 per 10' x 20' space.
Island Booths- Occupies all space from end-cap to end-cap and are an additional $100 per each 10x10 ($1050 + $100 per each 10x10) booth space occupied by the island.

AFRDS booth assignments are made on a priority based system to reward those Suppliers with the longest history of supporting AFRDS. Suppliers are awarded one point for every AFRDS event at which they have contracted for exhibit space.
Exhibitors receive an exclusive date for live booth purchases based on the number of the company's priority points. Exhibitors can register at any time after their appointed date, but not before.
For new Exhibitors open registration begins September 25, 2019.
Exhibitor set-up is Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Exhibitor tear-down* is Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 11:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Exhibits are to remain intact until the close of the Expo on Saturday, January 11, 2020, at 11:30 a.m. Violators will forfeit all accumulated priority points for one year, lose one point permanently, and be subject to additional punitive action by the Board of Directors, up to and including possible forfeiture of future exhibit rights.
Most booth needs are included with your booth, for additional needs, including labor, furniture, pre-Expo or daily booth cleaning, trash pickup, and refrigeration/frozen storage, exhibitors should contact Las Vegas Expo (702/248-6200). These services will be available for order online. You will be notified by email from Las Vegas Expo when these order forms are available.
Booth catering, electrical, plumbing, telephone lines, computer lines, and equipment and Internet connectivity are exclusive services provided by Caribe Royale and its vendors. You will receive order forms for these services (and they will be available online) in your exhibitor services packet, along with audio-visual services. These forms will be available online.
Certificate of Insurance
All exhibitor companies must provide AFRDS with an original Certificate of Insurance by January 8, 2021.

Exhibitors Serving Food or Beverage
Exhibitors serving an open food or beverage sample (2 oz. or less of beverages, 3 oz. or less of food) are required by Caribe Royale to have a carpet overlayment in the booth where there is food prep.
AFRDS will cover the expense- $100 per 10x10 space.
Booth Registration and Assignments
Booth registration and assignments are made according to appointment dates based on priority points.
You will receive the link to register on the morning of your appointment date.
