The AFRDS logo is trademarked and owned by the Association of Fund-Raising Distributors & Suppliers (AFRDS). As a benefit of membership, the logo is available for business-related use by individual member companies for the purpose of identifying those companies as members of AFRDS. Frequently, members use the AFRDS logo on letterheads, envelopes, web sites, email footers, business cards, promotional and other materials.
AFRDS has allocated significant resources to promote the logo and what it represents: an association of companies that are professional and adhere to the product fundraising industry’s only code of ethics and standards for professional practice. This policy is meant to allow members to benefit from the use of the AFRDS logo while protecting the goodwill and proprietary interests of AFRDS.
Logo use is available only to AFRDS members in good standing. Former members or companies that are delinquent in paying membership dues and other association fees may not use the logo.
Members may display the AFRDS logo on corporate materials only in conjunction with the word “Member” or “Charter Member.”
