New Online Resource for Fundraising Planners
Award-Winning Publication Transitions into Digital Age
ATLANTA – There is a new resource for parent group leaders, principals, student activity advisors and others interested in learning more about how to run effective fundraisers. The non-profit Association of Fund-Raising Distributors & Suppliers (AFRDS) is announcing that its Fundraising EDGE newsletter is now available online. First published in 1997, the Fundraising EDGE is a non-commercial resource for fundraising planners containing news, trends, tips and real-world examples. Subscriptions are complimentary. AFRDS is an organization of fundraising professionals dedicated to helping non-profit groups reach their fundraising goals.
“Schools and youth groups earn about $1.7 billion each year through product fundraisers,” said Jon Krueger, executive director of AFRDS. “To be sure you’re getting the most out of your programs, it’s important to know what works and what doesn’t. The Fundraising EDGE offers a unique perspective because its advice and counsel is based on the experience of professionals.”
The Fundraising EDGE is available online at www.fundraisingedge.org . Subscribe today to get it delivered to your email inbox. You can also stay up to date on the latest news and information by subscribing to the new Fundraising EDGE Fan Page on Facebook.
